Radiator Fins with Reinforcement

The thickness of fins before reinforcement is 0.08mm, after reinforced the fins ends thickness will be 0.16mm. it will make the fins stronger.

Radiator Header Plate with Reinforcement

We have developed a special reinforced radiator header plate for high horsepower trucks.

Intercooler Header Plate with Reinforcement

We made a special treatment for the intercooler header in order to increase the brazing faying face, the increased welding area makes the intercooler very strong.

Full Welding Process

We use a riveted fixing process on the side frame of the radiator, where there are no riveted designs, an all-welded process is used.

Tube for Radiators

Our radiators use high frequency welded tubes with a composite layer and a tube thickness of 0.35mm.

Tube for Intercoolers

Our intercoolers use high frequency welded tubes with a composite layer and a tube thickness of 0.4mm.
