Product Description
1.Surface Evaporative Cooler
The surface evaporative cooler is actually a heat exchanger combining the performance of water-cooled cooler with that of conventional packed cooling tower and also a heat exchanger between water cooler and air cooler. The surface evaporative cooler is characterized in that water is sprayed and forced ventilation is performed outside the dividing wall type heat exchanger,and the heat is transmitted from the cooled fluid in the dividing wall type heat exchanger to the spray water outside the wall, and then to air through forced convection between spray water and air. The heat transmission from spray water to air is achieved mainly by exchange of the latent heat from spray water evaporation with the sensible heat between spray water and air.
1) Co current evaporative cooler is a kind of high efficient heat exchange equipment which combines the performance of water-cooled cooler and conventional packed cooling tower with air as the cooling medium and water as the carrier. Air and water flow in the same direction through the surface of the coil, can ensure that the cooling water completely wrapped around the surface of the coil, so that the surface of the coil is always kept wet, effectively avoiding the formation of dry spots and scaling on the surface of the coil, and enhance the efficiency of heat transfer.
2) Countercurrent evaporative air cooler is a kind of energy-efficient cooling equipment which integrates water cooling and air cooling, heat and mass transfer processes and has the advantages of both. The water film sprayed onto the outer surface of the heat exchanger coil is used to evaporate and absorb the heat of the fluid inside the tube, so that the fluid inside the tube can be condensed/cooled.
3) Composite air cooler is a combination of dry air cooling and wet air cooling, which is a new type of heat exchange equipment integrating the principles of sensible heat and latent heat exchange. The whole equipment includes pre-cooled air-cooled finned tube group and water-cooled cooling coil, which realizes the reuse of wet air residual energy, improves the heat load per unit area and condensation cooling effect, reduces water consumption; eliminates the white mist phenomenon in the operation of the equipment; and can be operated dry in the winter, which saves energy and has a compact, safe and reliable structure.
4) Composite flow evaporative cooler combines two packed down-flow evaporative air coolers organically to share a fan, which requires a smaller footprint and is suitable for large water cooling systems, and is convenient for parallel arrangement and control of multiple units.

2.Condenser
1)Evaporative condenser is a highly efficient, energy-saving, water-saving, environmentally friendly condensing equipment with Senfa condensing as the main heat exchange method. Evaporative condenser set condenser, cooling tower, circulating water pump and pump room in one, compact structure, can be a huge water condensing vapor system equipment covers an area of small, easy operation and maintenance, is a kind of high efficiency, energy-saving, water-saving, environmentally friendly condensing equipment.
It can be operated independently or used jointly with direct air-cooling to optimize the combination, complement each other's advantages, and has strong applicability, effectively solving the contradiction between insufficient power of air-cooling unit in summer and different demands for heat exchange area in winter, giving full play to the characteristics of air-cooling heat exchange without water consumption, evaporative cooling heat exchange with water-saving, and low condensate backpressure, etc. and the complete direct air-cooling system, compared with the operation of backpressure reduction of 5 ~ 15KPa, energy consumption reduction of more than 2%, effectively realizing energy-saving and emission reduction. Energy saving and emission reduction can be effectively realized. At the same time, it can avoid the influence of transverse wind on the heat exchange of air-cooling system, with high safety performance.

3.Air-cooled heat exchangers
The air-cooled heat exchanger utilizes ambient air as the cooling medium, and the air is forced to flow through the fan so that it sweeps across the outside of the finned tube and exchanges heat with the high-temperature process fluid inside the tube. In this process, heat is transferred from the high-temperature process fluid to the finned tubes and then to the flowing air through the finned tubes, thus realizing the cooling or condensation of the high-temperature process fluid.
